Marty Eppel brings his 30+ years of real estate development experience to The Prime Group, Inc. Prior to rejoining Prime 2022, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Stoneleigh Companies. At Stoneleigh Companies, Marty led the development and acquisition of over $800 million of multifamily communities primarily located in Texas, Florida and Colorado, and managed 20 multi-family communities totaling over 6,000 units. Prior to joining Stoneleigh Companies, Marty worked in acquiring and developing real estate for Fifield Realty Corp, Lennar and Neumann Homes. Marty worked for The Prime Group and its related companies for over 10 years in the 1990’s and early 2000’s on land development and multifamily projects.

Marty received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University, and is Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
