In his role as Senior Vice President – Capital Markets, Mr. Goelz is responsible for sourcing and securing debt and equity capital for the Company’s portfolio of properties and operating verticals. Over his 30+-year professional career, Mr. Goelz has, on behalf of institutional and retail investors, invested and managed over $10 billion of commercial assets across all property types and in all major U.S. property markets through equity, debt, and structured finance transactions. Mr. Goelz has held senior management positions with Secure Capital Management, Springbank Capital Advisors, and Trilogy Capital Advisors where he directed the firms’ capital market activities, including the sourcing and closing of debt and equity capital for property and entity-level investment and was responsible for the formation and implementation of several niche-focused investment strategies, including funds dedicated to triple-net lease investment, transit-oriented development, and workforce housing finance. Mr. Goelz began his career at LaSalle Partners (n/k/a Jones Lang LaSalle) where he spent 10 years in the firm’s advisory division. Mr. Goelz holds a B.S. degree in Finance from University of Illinois-Champaign, College of Business.
