On behalf of its client, RIU Hotels & Resorts, The Prime Group, Inc. is developing a hotel located at 150 East Ontario Street in Chicago, Illinois, adjacent to Chicago’s famous Magnificent Mile. As RIU’s local development partner, Prime managed the land acquisition and entitlements, and is overseeing the construction of the 28-story hotel tower featuring 388 guest rooms, ground floor lobby with café restaurant, and second floor restaurant and banquet space. Construction of the hotel commenced in July 2022, with a planned delivery date in late 2024.
