Huntley Commercial Center is a state-of-the-art light-industrial distribution center development located at 14200 and 14201 Commerce Court in Huntley, Illinois. The East Building consists of a 540,960 RSF cross-dock distribution facility featuring 126 dock-high and four drive-in doors, and 90 trailer parking stalls. The West Building consists of a 177,320 RSF single-load distribution facility featuring 30 dock-high and two drive-in doors.  Both buildings will feature 36’ clear height ceilings, 60’ speed bays, complete dock packages, and LED lighting. The Project features approximately 2,000 feet of frontage on the north side of Interstate 90, providing both buildings with excellent frontage and substantial signage opportunities. Construction commenced in June 2022 and will be available for the first tenant move-ins at the end of 2023.
